Key Highlights:
- Establishing Our Flagship Facility
We secured a 30-year lease on industrially zoned land in Kawerau, New Zealand, marking a major step toward developing our flagship manufacturing facility. Critical processes, including obtaining resource consents, earthworks consents, and geotechnical investigations, are underway, with detailed plant design scheduled to commence in November 2024, contingent on funding. - Growing Global Demand
The immense demand for fossil fuel alternatives has driven numerous offtake agreements for our torrefied pellets and pine chemicals with world-class companies. These partnerships underline the global shift toward sustainable energy solutions and validate Foresta’s market potential. - Securing Supply Chains
On the supply side, we have solidified a long-term agreement with PF Olsen, ensuring 60% of the raw feedstock required for the initial stage of production. This strategic partnership guarantees a stable supply chain for our operations. - Strengthening Community Connections
Our participation in Fieldays, the Southern Hemisphere’s largest agricultural event held in Hamilton, New Zealand, was a standout moment. It allowed us to introduce Foresta to the wider community, engage with shareholders and stakeholders, and receive valuable insights from politicians and local residents.
